For legal reasons we can not offer themes for characters that have been trademarked. For example (Barbie, Mickey mouse, The Grinch, Batman, Cocomelon, ECT.) All we can do is set up a generic scene that matches your child's outfit and whatever props you decide to bring in. If you choose to bring in character themed props you can bring them a day early or with you and they will be setup for your photos. 

Commercial licensing/photography is used to sell or promote a product or service, or otherwise support a business or organization in making more money. I.E (shoots for/with models, products, magazine/newspaper publications, T.V, book covers, event & promo flyers, social media, brochures, websites, billboards). Our commercial licensing is for 1 year with the option to renew/add years for an additional fee if needed.

Non-commercial licensing/ photography is for use or activity where the purpose is not the sale of a good or service, and the use or activity is not intended to produce a profit. I.E (birthdays, family portraits, graduation, engagements, weddings)

Booking is done ONLINE ONLY: Fill out the booking form on the contact page.
Time slots are offered on Monday-Saturday by advance booking only (Must be at least 1 week in advance). Since each project is unique, time accommodating and dates are only discussed via email. Please provide your first/last name, package, location (studio or outdoor location), date, color scheme, & time you're interest in. You will receive a response within 24 hours.  Once everything has been confirmed you will be emailed a Honeybook contract and invoice to pay your 50% deposit to secure you session.

The Rayvon Creates LLC Home Studio is located at 7933 Denham Road West, Jax, Fl, 32208 on the north side of Jacksonville, FL near Edgewood & Lem Turner. 

Currently with the Covid-19 virus being a concern we ARE NOT allowing any guests outside of clients who are being serviced. You are however allowed to Facetime/Video chat someone for your comfort. A phone stand is available for your convenience. * Minors scheduled for solo sessions may have 1 parent/guardian present, who must wear a mask. 

It is recommended to fill out the booking form here & secure a date 2-3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE as slots go quickly. Booking must be done at least 1 week in advance of session.​

• POST READY FOR SPECIAL DAY - You will need to reserve a date that is 21 business days or more prior to your release date (business days ONLY count Monday - Friday)

Non-Refundable Retainers: All retainers are made electronically via your personalized invoice emailed to you following your booking confirmation. You have 48 hours to pay your deposit before your session is canceled. All retainers Are Non-Refundable.

FINAL BALANCES: Balances can be paid by cash, card, or online the day of your session. Full balance must be paid before proofs are sent. You have 7 days to pay full balance before $15 per day late fees are enforced. 
 
MORE RETOUCHED IMAGES: Additional retouched images can be ordered up to 14 days after your shoot. After 14 days a $50 storage fee will be added to the cost. An invoice will be emailed your for payment and full balance must be paid before images are edited. Additional orders can not be made after final edited images have been delivered. 
 
PRINTS: Print payments can be made at the end of the project when you receive your collection proofs link via email. (Prints are not included in your package  *ONLY Retouched images can be printed)

Please allow 10-21 business days from the day you select your edited images selection for delivery.  Ordering additional images will effect the time frame of delivery. Rush orders are now available for $20 per photo. Turnaround time for rush orders is 3-7 Business days. (Business days are Monday-Friday)

Once your full balance is paid you will receive an email with a link and password to your online gallery. You can add the photos you would like edited to your favorites folder by pressing the heart button at the bottom (click again if you need to remove a photo). If you need more you can use the shopping cart icon to purchase additional edits. Please send an email to info@rayvoncreates.com once your favorites have been selected. Retouched images will be emailed upon completion. (Prints are NOT included with the service cost of your shoot & are available for EDITED IMAGES ONLY). 

Our editing is done to bring your photo to our professional standards. Skin smoothing, blemish removal, color correcting, lighting correction, background fill, and light body smoothing are included in every package. Things like digital backgrounds, special effects, extensive body shaping, substantial wrinkle removal, and more extensive editing are not apart of our standard editing process. You can substitute your premium prop for a 1 composite/specialty edit or upgrade your edits for an additional cost. 

You are more than welcome to share your images on all social media but please do not add any filters or edits to it. I am proud to say that referrals are my main source of bookings, so when you credit me, it helps our business immensely! If you are unsure how to credit, all you have to do is add a caption or tag my business by typing in: @rayvoncreates If that isn’t pulling up, you could simply include my website: rayvoncreates.com. I choose to not watermark my images because I want the focus to be YOU and your beautiful smiles!  Please remember our non-commercial photo sessions are for a non-commercial use only so other commercial businesses can not use your photos for promotion/profit without my written consent or purchasing commercial use licensing. 

Please have your outfit(s) ready and sent via email to Rayvon Creates at least one week prior to your session. Your outfit will influence your scene style. You will receive a reminder email the day before your session with helpful tips and another copy of your signed contract which contains the address. Please arrive dressed as you are not allotted extra time outside of what is booked. For children sessions please bring their favorite toy and snack just in case they have a hard time warming up. To help aid in a successful shoot make sure they have eaten, had a nap, and have been changed/groomed prior to arrival. Music is played throughout the session so have an artist or songs in mind. Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early to your session. 

Rayvon Creates does not a have a fee for being late but your scheduled session time will remain the same. If the client needs more time they can purchase additional time in full on site ONLY if the schedule permits. If the schedule doesn't allot for additional time the client will still be responsible for the cost of the session. If you have an issue with your hair/makeup/outfit please let us know asap so that we can do our best to accommodate you. 

For photo shoots rescheduling must be done within 48 hours notice of the perspective shoot date or Rayvon Creates will be entitled to a $75.00 rescheduling fee for photoshoots or $30.00 for makeup sessions. Clients are allotted 1 reschedule per contracted session. Retainer fees will NOT be returned for cancellations regardless of reason. Rayvon Creates LLC is not responsible for any act of God or weather that may cancel or post-pone a shoot. Clients will not be entitled to a refund for any such circumstances but will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their session if they so choose and upon availability of Rayvon Creates LLC.
